Great Achievement for Northholm Drama Students

Northholm-3

Northholm Grammar School is proud to announce Year 12 2020 Drama students Lauren Ivory and Bridget Davey have been accepted into the Sport for Jove Theatre Company’s Second Age project. After auditioning alongside high school students from all around Sydney, Lauren and Bridget were successful in attaining one of the limited spots in this very exciting project.

After years of performing in Drama productions at Northholm, this is a fantastic achievement for two incredibly talented and dedicated students and an amazing opportunity to showcase their skills to the broader community.

About the Second Age Project, Sport for Jove says- “Following the success of its first six seasons, the award-winning theatre company Sport for Jove invites high school students to be a part of our youth theatre project at Bella Vista Farm this December, in conjunction with the company’s annual signature event Sydney Hills Shakespeare in the Park.  The Second Age Project Summer Season will provide an opportunity for young theatre enthusiasts to perform in a curtain-raiser show as part of Sport for Jove’s annual outdoor Shakespeare Festival at Bella Vista Farm. The project gives young talent experience in rehearsing and performing in a fun and professional environment.”
