A. Tuition

Tuition fees are payable on or before the first day of each term. A late fee of $100.00 may be added to accounts where fees are overdue and no arrangement for payment has been made with the Business Office.

One full school term's written notice (or one school term's fees in lieu of notice) is required when withdrawing a student from the school. Holiday periods (including the summer vacation) do not constitute adequate notice. Students concluding enrolment at the end of Term Four must give notice by the end of Week One of Term Four.

B. Capital Levy

Individual instrumental tuition is available in the School and details of fees are given on request. Payment of fees is an arrangement between the tutor and family involved.

E. Enrolment Deposit

When enrolment is offered and accepted by the family, a deposit of $1,250 is required. If the student does not take up the confirmed position, the deposit is not refundable. (The deposit consists of $1,000 fees in advance (credited against the first term's fees) plus $250 which is held until the student leaves the School).

F. Capital Enrolment Fee

A sum of $1,500 is payable for each new student entering the School. This fee is due on confirmation of enrolment, it is non-refundable and contributes to the building of new facilities at the School. (This fee does not apply for siblings of students who were enrolled by Term 1, 2005).
